What’s MUNCH:ON?

MUNCH:ON is a food delivery app that provides exclusive meals from top restaurants with discounted prices and free delivery, as a PRO member. You’ll see a wide variety of meals every day from different restaurants, and you’ll get to choose your preferred delivery time.

HOW DO I TURN MUNCH:ON AT MY LOCATION

Easy. Tell us where your location is, we’re most probably feeding you. If we’re not, please contact us at [email protected], we’d be happy to have a conversation.

How do I order?

You can place your order through our website or mobile app. Simply go to the daily menu and order the meal you like and the delivery time you prefer. Be sure to look for the order confirmation notification to follow.

What meal and restaurant options will I get?

Your meal and restaurant options will vary on a daily basis according to your address.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, you can pre-order and edit your orders at any time before the cut-off.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the meal cut-off time in the ‘Manage Orders’ section. We will then automatically provide you with MUNCH:ON credits to use on your next order. The amount of credits will not be withdrawn until the order is placed.

Can I customize my order?

No, unfortunately you can’t but depending on the restaurant, you’ll have the choice of certain add-on items.

How will I know if my order has arrived?

You will receive a notification on the app once your food has been delivered and the driver will call you. If you face any issues, feel free to email us at [email protected] or use the Support option under the Profile icon menu on the right hand side of the header in the website or the ‘Account Settings’ on the app. You can also use the support option under ‘Account Settings’ in your app, or under your profile icon on the website.

What if I’m not happy with something?

We definitely want to hear about it. Contact us via chat or shoot us an email at [email protected] so we can sort it out.

Why was SAR 1.00 charged to my credit card when I signed up?

When adding a new card our payment provider will deduct an amount of SAR 1.00. Don’t worry, this amount will only be authorized and is never charged. If for any reason, your bank actually charges you for this amount, our system will immediately reimburse you.

Can I rate my meal?

Yes, once your order is delivered you will be asked to give it a rating from 1-5 and feel free to leave a comment. This will help us serve you better and will be directly communicated to the restaurant.

What is MUNCH:ON PRO?

Each MUNCH:ON PRO subscription is tailored to different user preferences but they all give you access to discounted meals from your favorite restaurants in KSA, with free delivery.

What do I need to sign up?

To sign up, all you need is:
1. To be in an area we serve
2. To have a verified mobile phone number. You can verify your number via SMS during sign up or from your Account Settings.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can view and manage your PRO subscription details in the “Basic” section of the Profile page or under the MUNCH:ON PRO section in your Account Settings on the app.

I cancelled my PRO subscription by mistake, can I restart it again?

If you accidentally canceled your subscription, it will remain active until the expiration date. If you wish to stay on PRO you can subscribe again at any time to continue receiving benefits for the subscription and be renewed again at the same subscription price.

Do I have to order every day?

No, just order whenever you like!

Can I order more than one meal a day?

You get 1 discounted order per day, as part of your subscription, any additional orders that day will be charged at the regular price but with free delivery.

What meal and restaurant options will I get?

Your meal and restaurant options will vary on a daily basis according to your address.

How do I save money if I’m paying for the subscription fee?

PRO gives you free delivery on all your meals and with access to discounted meals from top KSA restaurants. You can know how much you’ve saved a month/ year via your account in the app.

What if I don’t like the options that you show me?

We do our best to show options that you'll love, if you have any suggestions please let us know! Email us at [email protected]

All meals I wanted to order are sold out, what can I do?

If you see sold out, or grayed out, meals on your menu please contact customer support through the app or website so we can prioritize adding more restaurant or meal options to your menu. Make sure to contact us before the cut-off time so we can add options for you right away.
